Automated Shipping Label Generator for a Logistics Client
Replaced a manual, Word-based process with software that generates pallet shipping labels automatically: enter the address, business name, pallet count, and pallet type, including cold storage, and it produces the labels ready to print.
Custom Software
Goods In/Out Inventory System for a Pharmaceutical Warehouse
Built a full goods-in/goods-out system for the same client: delivery drivers sign for drops, staff scan medicine GTIN barcodes to log stock into a database, and every item is signed for again on the way out, giving the client full visibility over what's moving through their warehouse.
Security
IEC 62443 Risk Assessment Tool
An in-progress tool for running IEC 62443-aligned OT/ICS cyber risk assessments: zone and asset modelling, a MITRE ATT&CK for ICS-mapped threat register, automated scoring, and a risk register generated straight from assessment findings.
